Car Show

Not sure what the reason was or even if there was a reason but when I was at Canary Wharf, they were having a car show in and around all of the big office buildings.  Lots of really fast and really expensive sports cars.

In all reality probably a really astute business idea by the car companies.  With all the bankers and traders walking past the cars as the enter and leave work, they are bound to get somebody's attention.  I doubt that they could come up with a better plan to get as many $100k a year people to come check out their cars.  It was funny seeing everyone (myself included) in suits and ties taking pictures of cars, and drooling over them like 9 year old boys.

Worlds fastest production electric car

McClaren's MP4-12C.  100% assembled by hand.  Only 100 made a year and will set you back $225k

Not to be outdone Jenson Button's F1 car.

Audi's R8 Spyder...only about $200k...its a bargain

Not even sure what this is.  They said it was street legal, and you didn't even need a helmet.  I guess the meant legally, because I am sure the bugs in your face alone would ruin you drive.

You can't really tell in this picture but the wheels on this Charger had to be 26s.

And in the spirit of little kids and their toys, a life size Optimus Prime.
