Furry Friday

It was a corgi Christmas at our house and the girls were the center of the day's festivities.  First Hampton the red nosed reindeer and Windsor Claus got ready to deliver the presents.

Then Windsor took it upon herself to open up all the gifts and bask in the glory of a corgi sized bone!!  Gonna be awhile before she makes it through this one!

I feel like Windsor was trying to teach me a lesson for not paying attention to her while I was working on the computer.

I don't quite think she made her point but did make quite a mess. Who knew her soccer ball was full of stuffing?

Either Hampton is the nicest sister in the world or she is so tired from a full day of getting chased and bit that she just doesn't care.  Windsor climbing on her as she tries to sleep.

Eventually, Windsor got tired and took a nap too, and used Hampton as a cot.

Dogapolypse 2012

It's Hampton's and Windsor's morning ritual, and I just happened to grab the camera this morning. I really think Hampton just wants to sit and enjoy the sun but Windsor always has another plan.

And then they finish with looking as cute as possible!!

What the pelican is going on!!!!

I guess it's the great pelican migration of 2012. No idea where they were coming from or where they were going but they had completely taken over Zink Lake. Had to have been 300 of them just swimming around eating fish and such.

Promised no more mystery posts, but I was wrong.  This was right before we moved home.  There is an art gallery in Hyde Park called 'The Serpentine Gallery'.  We thought that it was a big chess board, but turned out to be art.  We were asked to leave.
